Maldives Resort Main Beach, Gold Coast

There were quite a few distractions . The rooms lacked a thorough cleaning, with dusty furniture and a dirty fridge being major turn-offs. Plus, the TV in the bedroom was annoyingly small, only offering YouTube for entertainment-definitely not ideal for winding down after a long day in the sun. Notable plumbing issues in the bathroom could dampen even the best of moods. It fell short of expectations.

Simply no complains at all, wonderful stay. Clean place with outstandingly accommodating and absolutely kind staff and cute view of the ocean. Marvellous and amazing location, a few steps away from everywhere. Welcoming services, the free parking was available on site. Modern interior, reasonably priced restaurant.

During my recent trip to the Gold Coast, I was excited to visit the SkyPoint Observation Deck, as the views of the city and coastline are renowned. I specifically chose the Maldives for its unbeatable location and luxurious features. I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely views of Main Beach and the Gold Coast Spit from my apartment's balcony.

The lights and fan weren't really working in our room, except for the kitchen light and one lamp. Stains on the fridge, but it didn't affect usage.

Modern and neat room plus GOOD-sized bathroom. Clean pool, parking onsite. Not to mention complimentary wifi! Excellent and stunning location to Sea World Theme Park. Good service within 16 miles of the airport.

Beds were not very comfortable.

Got good sized room with lovely views to beach and Tedder Ave and a balcony and a lounge area. Early check-in, late check-out.

Nice and quiet, close to shops and restaurants. Parking good.

The view was fantastic! I even spotted a whale while having brekkie on the balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly. The curtosy call to see if I was warm enough was a nice surprise :) The room was very clean with modern furnishings. Poolside looked great (too cold for this time of the year) but the spa was lovely and warm. The beach is 100m away so my morning walks were divine! Restaurants are just a few doors down with lots of yummy things to choose from! I definitely would recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Absolutely nothing! Although I dont recommend ordering in from the private companies that deliver restaurant meals. The food was delicious but it took 1h45m to arrive :(

We got fantastic value for our money with a well-appointed apartment that had everything we needed.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider selection of fresh fruits.

Locality .... convenient to everything. Helpful staff.

thermostat in room is not independently controlled.... no option to change when too cold.

Location - close to the start/finish of the Gold Coast Marathon.

During my brief transit stay at Maldives Resort Main Beach, Gold Coast, I appreciated the convenient location just 20 minutes from Nerang and 25 km from the Gold Coast Airport. The apartment was immaculate, featuring a spacious lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, and a lovely private balcony with lovely views, making it the perfect retreat for my short visit.

I didn't like that breakfast was promoted on the website. I had to ask, wait until they went back over my booking and then was supplied with one breakfast for two people!!!!!

It was so close to a pristine beach and we walked the beach every morning. Found the restaurants in Tedder Avenue a bit pricey but managed to spend some time at Surfers as we brought our own car
